Service Changes Due to Sales Company Merger
On March 31, 2022, PREMIUM BANDAI sales companies BANDAI NAMCO Collectibles LLC dba BLUEFIN and BANDAI AMERICA INCORPORATED merged into a single new company, Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America Inc. which began sales on April 1, 2022.
Due to this merger, the following services will receive changes as of April 1, 2022.

Order Consolidation
As of April 1, 2022, Premium Bandai items currently sold via BANDAI NAMCO Collectibles LLC dba BLUEFIN and BANDAI AMERICA INCORPORATED will instead be sold via the new company. Therefore, you will be able to combine some orders from the old companies with those from the new one using the "Order Consolidation" function . Please refer to the tables below for more information about which orders can be consolidated and when.

Change of Shipping Address
If you paid by credit card before 3/31/2022 when ordering via BANDAI NAMCO Collectibles LLC dba BLUEFIN, you will no longer be able to change your shipping address on My Page after 5/13/2022, 12:00 AM (EDT). If you need to change your shipping address, please do so before this date. If something unforeseen happens and you need to change your address after 5/13/2022, 12:00 AM (EDT), please contact Customer Service .
