Q: Is there a fee to get a coupon?

No, coupons are free.

Q: Can I get multiple coupons?

Yes, you can get multiple coupons as long as they are of different types during the eligible period.

Q: How many coupons may I get of each type?

Limit one coupon per type per person.

Q: How do I get a coupon?

1. Click the “GET YOUR COUPON” button.
2. Login (If you’re not already logged in).
3. Click the “Click” button.

Q: How do I redeem the coupon?

1. Add items to your cart.
2. On the SHOPPING CART order details screen, check the box for the coupon.
3. Click the “Apply” button.
4. Verify that the coupon has been applied before you finalize your purchase.

Q: May I use a coupon multiple times?

No, each coupon may only be used once.

Q: Where can I confirm what coupons I received?

You can confirm the obtained coupons via your Coupon List on My Page.

Q: Can I receive cash instead of a coupon?

Coupons have no cash value and are not-transferable.

Q: I have multiple items I want to purchase, but I can't put them in the same cart and can't check out.

Only products from the same sales company and which have the same delivery month can be added to the same cart.

Q: Can I re-use the coupon if I canceled the initial order where I originally redeemed the coupon?

Q: When will the free shipping coupons be distributed?

Coupon will be distributed between 11/19 8:00 PM and 11/26 11:59 PM (EST).

Q: When will the free shipping coupons with purchases over $100 be distributed?

Coupon will be distributed between 11/27 12:00 AM and 11/30 10:59 PM (EST).

Q: Do I need to purchase a single item that costs over $100 to get the free shipping with a purchase over $100 free shipping coupon?

No. However the items must be purchased from the same sales company, have the same delivery month, and be part of the same order. Moreover, the total of this order must be $100 or more (before tax but including shipping) to use the free shipping with a purchase over $100 coupon.

Q: When does the coupon expire?

Coupon will be valid between 11/27 12:00 AM and 11/30 11:59 PM (EST).
Please note you will not be able to apply the coupon to purchases made after the expiration date.

Q: When I try to get a coupon, the following text appears: “We're out of coupons! Thank you for your interest but all coupons for this item have already been distributed.

Unfortunately, when this message appears it means the total available coupons have already been distributed.

Q: Can I use one coupon to buy multiple items offered at the discounted price?

No, the coupon will only be applied to the first purchased item. Additional purchases of the same item will be at the full stated price. Example: If you get a $50-off coupon for "product A", regardless of whether you buy 2 or 3 of "product A", you will still only get a $50 discount from the total price.

Q: If I get multiple coupons with FREE SHIPPING deal, can I use them together?

Yes, you may use both coupons in the same transaction.

Q: If I get multiple coupons with FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED COUPONS deal, can I use them together?

Yes, if the daily featured products are put in the same cart, they can be used together to make purchases from the same sales company and have the same delivery month.
For example: If you get a $ 50 OFF coupon for product A and a $ 30 OFF coupon for product B, and produce A and B are from the same sales company and have the same shipping month, you can get $ 80 off if you apply both coupons to the same transaction at check out.
