2.The Campaign begins at 15:00 (UTC +8) on 11 September 2020 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 20 September 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3.The Campaign is solely for person who have registered as member of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore.
4.PREMIUM BANDAI member purchasing selected items in Hobby Online Shop implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
5.During the Campaign Period, the first 100 members who purchase Selected Items ①＋Selected Items②＋Selected Items ③ can get an entitlement of Triple Action Base (1pc). Members who are entitled for Triple Action Base will receive a confirmation email on or before 24 Sep 2020. The Action Base will be delivered by courier together with the ordered items.

7.Cancelled or transaction failed orders are not entitled for any free gift.
8.Each member can only participate once.
9.All gifts may not be returned, exchanged for cash, nor other commercial purpose. The Company reserves the right to change the gifts without prior notice. In no event will the Company be liable for any cost, expense, loss, damage or injury arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign or his/her acceptance of the gifts provided by the relevant merchants.
10.Despite of any manufacturing defects found in the products (products exclude the packing box), the Company will not provide any return, exchange or refund of products. In principle, the Company will exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product (subject to verification of the Company).
11.All products are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
12.The Company does not make any guarantee or commitment to the quality and specifications of the gifts. The Company does not bear any legal liability, replacement or refund, payment or compensation for all the given gifts.
