2024 Double Surprise! New Year Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. “2024 Double Surprise! New Year Giveaway” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LIMITED. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2. The Campaign starts at 10:00 (UTC +8) on 9 January 2024 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 23 January 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3. Participants of this Campaign are required to register as members of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore (“Member(s)”).
4. The Campaign is solely for persons who are resident in Singapore and aged 18 or above.
5. By registering as Member during the Campaign Period implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
6. During the Campaign Period, New Members follow the below steps to join the New Year Giveaway. Members with the best answers will receive a Gift of SGD$100 (20 quotas) or SGD$50 (50 quotas) PlayStation™Store Gift Card (Digital Code) (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift”) via email(s).
Step 1: Register as New Member during the Campaign Period.
Step 2: Answer the question(s) and submit your member ID after clicking the ’Q&A’ button in Campaign Page (https://p-bandai.com/sg/cont/newyear2024).
7. On or before 26 January 2024, New Members who are entitled for the Gifts will receive a confirmation email together with the Digital Code sent to their designated email address on PREMIUM BANDAI. Participating members should confirm their email account can receive email(s) from PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore. The Company shall not resend the Digital Code once sent via email.
8. Any violation to the terms and conditions or inappropriate answers (at the sole discretion of the Company) are not entitled to the Gift.
9. Each member can only participate once.
10. For PlayStation™Store Gift Card (Digital Code) redemption, please refer to PlayStation™Store Official Website.
11. All Gifts are intended for personal use and may not be returned, exchanged for cash, nor utilized for any commercial purpose whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to change the Gifts without prior notice. Under no circumstance will the Company be liable for any costs, expenses, loss, damage or injury arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign or his/her acceptance of the Gifts provided by the relevant merchants.
12. The Company does not make any guarantee or commitment to the quality and specifications of the Gifts. The Company does not bear any legal liability, replacement or refund, payment or compensation for all the given Gifts.
13. The information provided herein and its contents are for reference only. In no event shall the Company be legally liable for any loss, damage, expenses, claim or costs arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign.
14. The Company may at any time modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the Campaign.

1. “2024 Double Surprise! New Year Site-Wide Free Shipping” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LIMITED. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2. The Campaign starts at 10:00 (UTC +8) on 27 January 2024 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 29 January 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3. Participants of this Campaign are required to register as members of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore (“Member(s)”).
4. The Campaign is solely for person who are resident in Singapore and aged 18 or above.
5. Members purchasing in PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
6. During the Campaign Period, Members can get an entitlement of free shipping in a particular purchase at PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore website https://p-bandai.com/sg for any products. The free shipping entitlement will be appeared on the “Shopping Cart” page and Shipping fee will be exempted at check-out.
7. All products are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
8. Despite of any manufacturing defects found in the products (products exclude the packing box), the Company will not provide any return, exchange or refund of products. In principle, the Company will exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product (subject to verification of the Company).
