Terms & Conditions

1.“Free Shipping with min. purchase at Hobby Online Shop” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2.The Campaign begins at 10:00 (UTC +8) on 12 Oct 2023 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 15 Oct 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3.The Campaign is solely for person who have registered as members of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore.
4.PREMIUM BANDAI member purchasing in Hobby Online Shop implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
5.The campaign is solely for single order over SG$99 (delivery fee excluded) at PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore Hobby Online Shop website (https://p-bandai.com/sg/cont/shop/05-002).
6.During the Campaign Period, PREMIUM BANDAI members can enjoy Free Shipping for any single order over SG$99 at Hobby Online Shop website. The free shipping entitlement will be applied on the “Shopping Cart” page and Shipping fee will be exempted at check-out.
7.All products are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
8.Despite of any manufacturing defects found in the products (products exclude the packing box), the Company will not provide any return, exchange or refund of products. In principle, the Company will exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product (subject to verification of the Company).
9.The information provided herein and its contents are for reference only. In no event shall the Company be legally liable for any loss, damage, expenses, claim or costs arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign.
10.The Company may at any time modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the Campaign.
11.All terms and conditions shall be bound by and interpreted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
