Step 2Check out the product information

• The photo of the product you see while placing your order may be that of a prototype. For this reason, the specifications of pre-order products not-yet-in-stock are subject to change.
  Please keep in mind that the color, shade or texture of the item you see on your screen may differ from those of the product you receive.

  Check out the “DELIVERY MONTH” on the product detail page to see when the product is planned to be shipped to you.

Step 3Complete your order

• Select a product and click [PLACE PRE-ORDER] and proceed to the purchase procedure.
  We do not accept orders by phone or postal mail.
  Please register as a member online before ordering.
  After the order has been placed, you will receive an Order Completed e-mail. Please confirm the details inside the e-mail.

  Settlement will be performed when you complete order.

Step 4Shipping

• A notification e-mail will be sent as soon as the expected shipping date has been decided upon. An additional e-mail with your order’s tracking number will be sent once the product has been shipped.

  *We do not ship products to hotels, courier service providers, or delivery lockers.
  *You will need to pay an extra delivery fee for any changes made to your address while the shipping process is underway. Please note that if this happens, we will contact you.
