1.“PREMIUM BANDAI Relaunch Celebration Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2.The Campaign begins at 13:00 (UTC +8) on 4 September 2018 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 3 October 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3.Participants are required to be successfully registered as a PREMIUM BANDAI member during the Campaign Period before they join the campaign.
Activity 1: Coupon
4.1.Participants who have successfully registered as a PREMIUM BANDAI member and agreed to join the campaign during Campaign Period will get a Free Shipping Coupon.
4.2.The Free Shipping Coupon will be sent by email on or before 16 November 2018. Please confirm your email account can receive PREMIUM BANDAI email.
Activity 2: Lucky draw
4.3.For those who have successfully registered as a PREMIUM BANDAI member and have successfully made a purchase on the official site of PREMIUM BANDAI during the Campaign Period, can have a chance to win a Japan travel package including: a round-trip economy class flights to Tokyo & 3 days hotel package & preferred tourist facility ticket.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Prizes”) (3 Winners in total) 4.4.Participants are required to choose one of the following tourist facilities at the designated campaign page.
・Tokyo Dome City Attraction 1 day pass for 2 adults
・Shinjuku VR Zone 1day 4 Ticket for 2 adults
・Namja Town 1 day Passport for 2 adults
4.5.The result of the lucky draw is to be published on 25 October 2018 on our official website. The winners will receive a winning confirmation call and email individually on or before 16 November 2018. For the further issue about tour package, our designated travel agent will contact the winners individually after confirmation.
4.6.Winners must be one of the travelers. Travel available period will be 8 January 2019 to 31 March 2019 (excluding 31 January 2019 to 13 February 2019). Please contact with our designated travel agent about the travel package directly.
5.All participants are required to accomplish all assigned tasks within the Campaign Period to participate in the Campaign.
6.The Campaign is solely for persons who are resident in Singapore and aged 18 or above.
7.The Prizes provided under this Campaign may be imposed relevant taxes and any additional surcharges or fees by the relevant airline or supplier and shall be borne by the winners. Use of air tickets is also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline or supplier; please refer to our designated travel agent for more details.
8.The Company is not the supplier for the Prizes offered. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses, claim or costs suffered regarding the Prizes.
9.In circumstances beyond our control (such as maintenance or closed down) of one of preferred tourist facility, we may substitute a similar alternative tourist facility ticket of equal value in our sole discretion.By participating in the Campaign, you agree that the personal information collected by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information”) will be used and disclosed by our designated travel agent to verify the identity of the participant ,to send the winning notice and to arrange for the delivery of the Prizes. 10.Unless otherwise specified, all prizes must be claimed by 30 November 2018. After that, for any unclaimed prizes, as a result of winners providing incorrect contact email address or phone number or any other reason (except for fault attributable to the Company), the winners will be deemed to voluntarily give up the right of redemption of the prizes. The Company holds no responsibility to re-issue the prizes and to indemnify the winners for any losses or damages in such situations.
11.Participants are required to ensure that all information entered or provided is true and correct and that they do not impersonate or misuse any third party's information. If the participant violates the said provisions and provides false or fake information, he/she will be disqualified, and the Company will not be liable for the resulting responsibilities. The participant will bear all the civil and criminal responsibilities and compensate the Company for all the resulting losses.
12.All prizes may not be returned, exchanged for cash, nor other commercial purpose. The Company reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notice.
13.In no event will the Company be liable for any cost, expense, loss, damage or injury arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign or his/her acceptance of the prizes provided by the relevant merchants.
14.The information provided herein and its contents are for reference only. The Company is not legally liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by any person for the use of this information.
15.If the participant fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or fails to provide complete information in his/her participation of this Campaign, the Company reserves the right to cancel his/her eligibility for the prizes.
16.The Company may at any time modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on this Campaign.
