Terms & Conditions

1. “PHANTACI RX-78-2 Gundam ver.J Collaborated Product Drawing Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LIMITED. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2. The Campaign starts at 18:00 (UTC +8) on 22 November 2024 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 1 December 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Drawing Registration Period”).
3. Participants of this Campaign are required to register as members of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore (“Member(s)”).
4. The Campaign is solely for person who are resident in Singapore and aged 18 or above.
5. Members who registered for drawing implies that you have read and understood the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
6. During the Drawing Registration Period, Members who registered successfully on the Campaign Page (https://p-bandai.com/sg/cont/tamashiiwebshop_phantaci) will have the opportunity to obtain the eligibility of purchasing selected item.
i. To register for the drawing, members only need to click the “APPLY NOW” button below the selected item image. Successful applicants will see the "Thank you for your application" message.
ii. The Company will randomly select the winners through computer system after the Drawing Registration Period ends, and notify winners for payment details via email on or before 3 December 2024. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified. Each winner is limited to purchasing one unit of each selected items.
7. If winners fail to complete payment within payment period, their purchase eligibility will be cancelled. The Company will conduct multiple rounds of drawings from the first-round unsuccessful applicants. At that time, the Company will send an email notification with payment details to the selected participants.
8. Products are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
9. Despite of any manufacturing defects found in the products (products exclude the packing box), the Company will not provide any return, exchange or refund of products. In principle, the Company will exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product (subject to verification of the Company).
10. The information provided herein and its contents are for reference only. In no event shall the Company be legally liable for any loss, damage, expenses, claim or costs arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign.
11. The Company may at any time modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the Campaign.
12. All terms and conditions shall be bound by and interpreted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
