1. "『SMP [SHOKUGAN MODELING PROJECT] SUPER ROBOT WARS OG SRX Original Sticker』Giveaway" (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
2. The Campaign starts at 16:00 (UTC+8) on 13 January 2023 (Fri) and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 12 February 2023 (Sun) (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3. The Campaign is solely for persons who have registered as members of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore.
4. By purchasing the featured item implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
5. During the Campaign Period, any PREMIUM BANDAI members had purchased the combo set (that is, featured item① and featured item② ) can get an entitlement of free gift『SMP [SHOKUGAN MODELING PROJECT] SUPER ROBOT WARS OG SRX Original Sticker』(hereinafter referred to as the “Gift”). Members who are entitled for the gift will receive a confirmation email and the gift will be shown on your order history on or before 17 March 2023. The gift will be delivered by courier together with the ordered items. To confirm delivery details after the offer period of featured items, please go to “MY PAGE” ⇒ “ORDER HISTORY” ⇒ “SHIPPING INFORMATION“.

7. The gift is offered with every purchase of combo (that is Featured Item ① + ②). Buy more Get more.
8. Any violation to the terms and conditions herein, or members who have incurred cancelled order or failed payment are not entitled to the Gift.
9. All products are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
10. Despite of any manufacturing defects found in the products (products exclude the packing box), the Company will not provide any return, exchange or refund of products. In principle, the Company will exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product (subject to verification of the Company).
11. For orders in which refunds are required due to manufacturing defects found in the products, the Gift delivered in the order is required to be returned.
12. All gifts may not be returned, exchanged for cash, nor utilized for any commercial purpose whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to change the Gifts without prior notice. Under no circumstance will the Company be liable for any costs, expenses, loss, damage or injury arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign or his/her acceptance of the Gifts provided by the relevant merchants.
13. The Company does not make any guarantee or commitment to the quality and specifications of the Gifts. The Company does not bear any legal liability, replacement or refund, payment or compensation for all the given Gifts.
14. The Company may at any time modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the Campaign.
15. All terms and conditions shall be bound by and interpreted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
