Teams & Condition
1."First 150 members to purchase over SG$51 on Selected Items to receive a complimentary 「Mission Pack Hanger for Gundam F90 」" (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
2.The Campaign starts at 16:00 (UTC+8) on 25 January 2022 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 08 February 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3.The Campaign is solely for persons who have registered as members of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore.
4.By purchasing the selected items implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
5. During the Campaign Period, the first 150 PREMIUM BANDAI members who purchased over SGD$51 (delivery fee excluded) on Selected Items will receive a free gift 「Mission Pack Hanger for Gundam F90」(hereinafter referred to as the “Gift”). On or before 17 February 2022, eligible members will receive a confirmation email sent to their designated email address on PREMIUM BANDAI and subsequently the Gift will appear on their Order History. Participating members should confirm their email account can receive email(s) from PREMIUM BANDAI. The Gift will be delivered by courier together with the Selected Items that have been ordered.

7. Any violation to the terms and conditions herein, or members who have incurred cancelled order or failed payment are not entitled to the Gift Any cancellation of order before the ordered Selected item(s) be delivered shall not entitle to the Gift.
8. Each member can only participate once.
9.All products are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
10.Despite of any manufacturing defects found in the products (products exclude the packing box), the Company will not provide any return, exchange or refund of products. In principle, the Company will exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product (subject to verification of the Company).
11. For orders in which refunds are required due to manufacturing defects found in the products, the Gift delivered in the order is required to be returned.
12. All gifts may not be returned, exchanged for cash, nor utilized for any commercial purpose whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to change the gifts without prior notice. Under no circumstance will the Company be liable for any costs, expenses, loss, damage or injury arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign or his/her acceptance of the gifts provided by the relevant merchants.
13.The Company does not make any guarantee or commitment to the quality and specifications of the gifts. The Company does not bear any legal liability, replacement or refund, payment or compensation for all the given gifts.
14.The Company may at any time modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and in the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the Campaign.
15.All terms and conditions shall be bound by and interpreted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
