1.“PREMIUM BANDAI New Year Free Shipping” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA COMPANY LIMITED. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2.The Campaign starts at 10:00 (UTC +8) on 6 January and ends at 09:59 (UTC +8) on 7 January 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).
3. The Campaign is solely for person who have registered as member of PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore.
4. PREMIUM BANDAI member purchasing in PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
5. During the Campaign Period, PREMIUM BANDAI members can get an entitlement of free shipping in a particular purchase at PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore website https://p-bandai.com/sg for any products. The free shipping entitlement will be appeared on the “Shopping Cart” page and Shipping fee will be exempted at check-out.
6. All products are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
7. Despite of any manufacturing defects found in the products (products exclude the packing box), the Company will not provide any return, exchange or refund of products. In principle, the Company will exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product (subject to verification of the Company).
8. The information provided herein and its contents are for reference only. In no event shall the Company be legally liable for any loss, damage, expenses, claim or costs arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign.
