1.【2018 Christmas Special Campaign】 (“the Event”) is held by BANDAI NAMCO ASIA CO., LTD. (“the Company”).
2.Event period: from 17 December 2018, 15:00 until 27 December 2018, 23:59.
3.By participating the Event, participants are agreeing to be bound by all applicable Terms and Conditions.
4.All Products sold in the Event are limited in stock and are subject to a first-come first-served basis while the stock lasts. The Company has no guarantee for the product availability.
5.Each participant is restricted to purchase one unit of each limited item in the Event, other products are not affected by restriction.
6.The Company will not provide any product returns or exchange of products (products excluding the packing box). Refunds will only be offered if there is any manufacturing defects found in the Products (subject to verification of the Company).
7.Should any member refuses to receive (or “refuse to proceed”) acceptance of a delivery, the Company shall be entitled to terminate the participant’s current order(s), decline any future orders and forbid the said person to participate in future events. The Company also holds the right to claim any loss or damage, including, but not limited to shipping fees, arising out of such cancellation or refusal.
8.All participants must ensure that all data submitted or provided are true, accurate and free of any fraudulent use of the personal information of any third person. In the event of violation of any terms or conditions by the participant, such as providing untrue information or falsifying any data, they may be disqualified from participating, and the Company disclaims any liability hereto. The participant shall assume all civil and criminal liabilities for consequential damages to the Company or any other third person.
9.All personal data and information collected is for the purpose of the Company use.
10.The aforementioned data and its contents are for reference only. The Company disclaims all legal liability to any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the content by any person.
