Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) Premium Bandai membership account throughout the chance-to-buy program entry period. You may only use one (1) Premium Bandai membership account to enter the chance-to-buy program. Entries received from any person or Premium Bandai membership account in excess of the stated limitation will be void. If we receive more than available quantity entries in the Chance-to-buy program, available quantity potential purchasers will be selected at random from all eligible entries received throughout the chance-to-buy program entry period by an independent agency. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the chance-to-buy program entry period. If we receive less than available quantity entries in the Chance-to-buy program, all those who entered will become potential purchasers. No inquiries related to the selection of potential purchasers will be accepted. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the chance-to-buy program and the selection of the potential purchasers are final and binding in all matters related to the chance-to-buy program.

In the event that Premium Bandai restricts the transaction, the chance-to-buy program order will be invalidated even after the chance-to-buy program order has been placed.
