FAQ

1. What are the requirements for receiving the Gift item?

* Please note we currently ship only to the United States, excluding US territories, possession and P.O Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO.

* You must be 18 years old or older.

* You must have a Premium Bandai membership. Registration is free at: https://p-bandai.com/us/register

* You must be one of the first 2,500 to purchase one of the Eligible Items.Only those who meet the above conditions can participate.

2. Is there an additional cost to receive the Gift item?

No. Membership at Premium Bandai is free, but a purchase of the Eligible Items must be made to receive the Gift.

3. How are Gift items delivered?

Gift items will be shipped to the same address as your eligible order at the time that order is processed.

4. When will the Gift items be sent?

The delivery date of the gift item is the same as the related item you purchased and they will be shipped together.
You can check the delivery month of the product you purchased on that item’s product page.

5. Where will the Gift items be shipped to?

We will deliver the gift item to the delivery address you registered when you purchased your item(s). （Gifts will be shipped with the related product to the shipping address registered at the time of purchase.） If you want to change the address where you wish to receive your Gift item, go to [My Page]. Under the [MY ORDERS] heading, click [ORDER HISTORY], select the corresponding order, and edit the shipping information. Please check this link for details.

6. Can I receive cash instead of a Gift item?

No, you cannot. There are no alternatives to the offered Gift item but the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute Gift (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.

7. How will my personal information be used?

Please refer to Premium Bandai's Privacy Policy for information about the handling of personal information.

8. Who do I contact if I have additional questions about the individual cards or how to play the ONE PIECE CARD GAME?

9. Do I have to pay additional shipping for the Gift item if I win?

No, you do not. Since it will be shipped along with the purchased product, the normal shipping price already includes that of the Gift item.

Conditions

  • 1. ONE PIECE CARD GAME Demo Deck Pre-order Bonus Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign"): The first 2,500 customers who purchase any of the Eligible Items (as defined below) during the Campaign Period (as defined below) shall receive a "ONE PIECE CARD GAME Demo Deck Set" (“Gift”) from BANDAI SPIRITS CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
  • 2. This Campaign runs from June 30, 2022, at 9:00 PM (EDT) until August 4, 2022, at 12:00 AM (EDT) (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period").
  • 3. This Campaign is only available to those who have registered as a member of PREMIUM BANDAI USA.
  • 4. By accepting the Gift, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
  • 5. The following items are Eligible Items for this Campaign:

    ・ONE PIECE CARD GAME 9-Pocket Binder Set Original Illustration Version
  • 6. During the Campaign Period, the first 2,500 members who purchase Eligible Items will receive the "ONE PIECE CARD GAME Demo Deck Set" gift (hereinafter referred to as "Gift"). Customers who are eligible to receive the free Gift will be sent a confirmation email from Premium Bandai to their designated email address and the Gift will then appear in their order history. The Gift will be delivered together with the ordered item.
  • 7. The ordered item cannot be consolidated with other items, once the aforementioned Gift conformation email is sent out.
  • 8. Orders that are eligible to receive the Gift cannot be consolidated with other orders after it has been confirmed that the purchaser will receive the Gift.
  • 9. If there is any violation of the terms and conditions, or if you cancel your order or do not complete the payment, you will not be able to receive the Gift. If you cancel your order before you receive your order, you will also not be able to receive your Gift. If you return the Eligible Item, you must return the Gift at the same time.
  • 10. All items are subject to limited availability and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. We do not guarantee the inventory availability of any product.
  • 11. Even if a manufacturing defect is found in the Gift, except for the packing box, the company will not refund of purchase price of the product.
  • 12. All Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, or used for any commercial purpose. The Company reserves the right to change the Gifts supplied without prior notice. Under no circumstance will the Company be liable for any costs, expenses, losses, damage, or injuries resulting from your participation in the Campaign or your acceptance of any Gift offered by any merchant.
  • 13. The Company makes no guarantee or commitment as to the quality or specifications of the Gift. The Company does not bear any legal liability, replacement or refund, payment or compensation for any Gift given.
  • 14. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and in the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the Campaign.
  • 15. All terms and conditions shall be bound by and interpreted by the laws of the United States.
