This product is being shipped via FedEx and requires an “Adult Signature.”
Although FedEx includes options for “No Signature Required,” “Direct Signature Required,” and “Indirect Signature Required,” this product will only be shipped via the “Adult Signature” method.
As such, please ensure that someone 21 years of age or older, with government-issued ID, will be available to accept the delivery.

Potential purchasers will not be able to choose the serial number of their card. Serial numbers will be assigned randomly and no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Due to production circumstances, there is a possibility that a few more than 555 of this product may be produced.

What are the requirements to participate?: * You must live in one of the fifty states of the USA or the District of Columbia. (Your registered address for your Premium Bandai account must be in the USA.)

Is there a fee to participate?: No. Anyone can enter at no cost by registering for a free Premium Bandai account and then clicking the "Click Here to Enter" button.
How many times can I enter the Chance-to-Buy Program?: You may only enter one time per person per chance-to-buy program item.
When and how will the potential purchasers be announced?: The first round of potential purchasers will be notified by the mail from August 17, 2022.
Announcement of subsequent rounds of potential purchasers will be made by email as they occur.
All potential purchasers will be notified by email in early October at the latest.
Can I cancel my chance-to-buy program entry?: Cancellation of a chance-to-buy program entry is possible during the entry period. Order cancellation after purchase has been completed is not.

Chance-to-buy program may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This chance-to-buy program is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the chance-to-buy program if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
HOW TO APPLY: If you would like to try to get a Chance to Buy selected items, offered in limited quantities, visit https://p-bandai.com/us/cont/campaign/dragonball-cp05 and follow the directions to create a free Premium Bandai membership account, or log-in to your Premium Bandai membership account during the chance-to-buy program entry period. Then, click on the “Click Here to Enter!” button to receive one (1) entry in the chance-to-buy program. All entries must be received by 8:00 PM EDT on August 8, 2022, to be eligible.
Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) Premium Bandai membership account throughout the chance-to-buy program entry period. You may only use one (1) Premium Bandai membership account to enter the chance-to-buy program. Entries received from any person or Premium Bandai membership account in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
If we receive more than five hundred fifty-five (555) entries in the Chance-to-buy program, five hundred fifty-five (555) potential purchasers will be selected at random on or about August 9, 2022, from all eligible entries received throughout the chance-to-buy program entry period by an independent agency. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the chance-to-buy program entry period. If we receive less than five hundred fifty-five (555) entries in the Chance-to-buy program, all those who entered will become potential purchasers. No inquiries related to the selection of potential purchasers will be accepted. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the chance-to-buy program and the selection of the potential purchasers are final and binding in all matters related to the chance-to-buy program.
If any of the following conditions are met, your eligibility will be cancelled: If you cancel your membership before the announcement of the potential purchasers. If any false information is included in the application or registration information.
The potential purchaser's right to purchase is solely his/her own and may not be transferred to a third party or exchanged for other cash or items.
In the event that Premium Bandai restricts the transaction, the chance-to-buy program order will be invalidated even after the chance-to-buy program order has been placed. Order acceptance and payment method Orders will be automatically reflected in My Page after the potential purchasers are confirmed.
