【商品說明】
出自逢星期六早上9點（日本時間）於東京電視台系列頻道播放的「超人力覇王捷德」，以2017年8月發售的「DX Ultra Zero Eye NEO （普通發售商品）」為基礎加入大量對白後所推出的「特別版」。本商品是主角朝倉陸的戰友、並且身為普通上班族的伊賀栗令人變身成「超人力覇王傑洛」時使用的變身器。
本商品收錄了二人一體的「超人力覇王傑洛（CV: 宮野真守）」和「伊賀栗令人（演員: 小澤雄太）」在劇中的約50句對白。短按按鈕便會響起「…守りたい。僕には2万年早すぎますか？それでもやってみたいんです。みんなを守るってことを（伊賀栗令人）」「…俺の相棒だったらもう30分早く判断しろ（超人力覇王傑洛）」「行くぞ、レイト（超人力覇王傑洛）」等等兩人之間對話場景的對白，以及「嫌がらせ完了！よーし、帰るぞ、地球へ！（超人力覇王傑洛）」等等經典對白，自「超人力覇王傑洛」於第6集初次變身之後以來的對白全新收錄。 此外，長按按鈕便會發動「超人力覇王傑洛」的變身音效，可盡情享受還原劇中場景、變身成為超人力覇王傑洛等等角色扮演體驗。
外觀方面，以「DX Ultra Zero Eye NEO （普通發售商品）」為基礎，背面及按鈕部分都添上銀色塗漆，增強還原度。 另外，本商品與普通發售商品一樣，可以配合「DX GEED RISER（分開發售）」體驗變身成為 超人力覇王傑洛 無限型態 的樂趣。發動音效亦與普通發售商品一樣。
